Our next working day delivery service delivers Monday to Friday, so an order placed before 3:00 pm on Friday will be delivered the next working day, which is Monday. Delivery options and costs depend on the value of your order and your location.

For customers within the UK mainland, we offer free standard delivery on orders over a specified minimum spend and a standard delivery charge on orders below that threshold. Standard delivery typically takes a few working days to arrive. Next working day delivery is available for an additional fee when orders are placed before 3:00 pm on a working day. If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, including locations such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and other island or remote areas, different delivery rates and timeframes may apply, and these will be calculated at checkout. Next working day delivery services are not available for all locations, and orders to certain areas may be served by our standard delivery service.

At RP Wellness, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it to do so. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with the receipt or other proof of purchase.

When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The amount will be credited back to you within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
