About NECA

Head down. Do the work.

I’ve been bodybuilding for four years now, and I became an IFBB Pro last winter. Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve always naturally gravitated towards individual sports, and bodybuilding just felt like the perfect fit for me.

My lifestyle is honestly bodybuilding 24/7. Training, nutrition, recovery, and everything around it are a huge part of my everyday life. Of course, I still enjoy the occasional party or social event, but I believe in respecting whatever phase I’m in — whether that’s off-season or prep.

I don’t believe in shortcuts. The results come from showing up consistently, training hard, eating well and giving the process the time it deserves.

Training & Lifestyle

Training

Controlled, heavy, precise

I love training heavy, but weight is never the only goal. I’m very focused on actually feeling the muscle, controlling the movement and isolating the target muscle properly.

As I’ve improved my technique and mind-muscle connection, the weights have naturally gone up too. For me, training is probably the most important part of the whole process. I’m very fixated on it — I genuinely love training and always want to improve.

Recovery

Respect the phase

Recovery is part of respecting the phase I’m in. Whether it’s off-season or prep, I believe in giving the process what it needs and staying consistent with the work around training.

Nutrition

Structured lifestyle

Good food, structured nutrition and consistency are a huge part of my lifestyle. I adapt my nutrition depending on whether I’m in an off-season or competition phase, but I always try to stay disciplined while still enjoying life.

Glutamine and creatine are daily staples. Whey protein is an easy and reliable way to support protein intake. Hydration is absolutely essential — I’m Italian and I love my coffee, but I always try to get hydration in first.

What’s next

The Pro Season

I currently have five shows lined up, mainly to gain experience, establish myself in the Pro division and build prestige within the sport.

I’ve always been very close to achieving my bigger goals, including the overall, but I never quite made it until earning my Pro card last year. Now I know there are things I need to address before thinking about pushing for those bigger goals.

For now, it’s about patience, hard work and giving the process time. I know the improvements will come if I keep doing the work.
