About Sophie

Built through sport

I've always loved sports and got involved in practically everything I can! With a strong sporting background playing various sports at a high level including rugby, Olympic Weightlifting and American Rugby to name a few I've transitioned to bodybuilding over the last few years to see what I can achieve in this! Being awarded Pro cards in various federations in my first season 2024, gaining my IFBB Pro Card in 2025 and due to make my Pro Debut 2026 excited to see what this year holds!
